Planning Specialist

We’re looking for a Planning Specialist to join our team. If you’re interested in production planning, enjoy working with data, and want to take an active role in coordinating production processes, we’d be delighted to hear from you. 🔍 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or manufacturing operations Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Knowledge of ERP systems and production order processes Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing production requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Residing in or willing to relocate to Aydın 💼 What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing monthly and weekly production plans Creating production schedules based on capacity, workforce, and resource availability Monitoring production progress and identifying deviations from the plan Creating and updating production orders in the ERP system Rescheduling production orders according to changing priorities Supporting delivery date and capacity planning for new projects Monitoring raw material and stock availability in line with production requirements Coordinating subcontracting requirements with relevant departments Following up critical projects and production priorities Coordinating with related departments to ensure production requirements are met on time Monitoring production-related data and ensuring planning information remains up to date What We Offer: 🚀 Career Growth – Opportunities for professional development and career advancement 💼 Dynamic Work Environment – A collaborative and supportive team culture 📚 Continuous Learning – Training programs and learning resources to enhance your skills If you are interested in this role, we look forward to your application!
