We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team in Kazan, Ankara. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic industrial environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labour Economics & Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Hands-on experience in multiple HR functions, including: Talent Acquisition Recruitment Learning & Development Performance Management Personnel Administration Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law (Law No. 4857), Social Security legislation, payroll practices, and related HR regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using SAP HR or related SAP modules is preferred. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Fluent English (written and spoken) is considered an advantage.
