Managing ETİ’s sales forecasting and demand planning processes effectively by developing reliable forecasts that support customer orders, product supply, sales targets, budgeting, and strategic planning. What We Expect from You? To manage sales forecasting and demand planning processes accurately and effectively, To support budget and rolling forecast processes with reliable demand planning inputs, To prepare demand forecasts based on customer orders, sales targets and inventory levels, To monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify variances, and support improvement actions, To manage planning data and processes through SAP APO, SAP IBP, and related systems, To develop dashboards and reports that provide business insights and support decision-making, To coordinate S&OP processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, To support new product launches, portfolio changes, and phase-in and phase-out processes. Why You? If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines, If you have minimum 2 years experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, supply chain planning, or related processes, If you have knowledge of SAP APO, SAP IBP, or similar planning systems, If you have strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, If you are proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, If you are willing and able to travel as required, If you have a good command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
