Field Service Technician (Turkey)

Job Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day after-sales support for equipment deployed across the EU market. Develop and deliver technical training programs for channel partners, overseas after-sales teams, and end-users. Manage the inventory and distribution of spare parts and demonstration units within the assigned region. Collect, analyze, and summarize regional customer feedback on equipment performance; coordinate with after-sales and technical departments to resolve recurring issues. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; preferred majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields. Background in electrical or laser technology is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal). Excellent learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new technical environments. Language: English (Preferred)
