We are looking for a International Markets Sales Operations, Demand and Launch Planning Specialist to join our Sales Operations, Demand and Launch Planning team in Maslak. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Chemical Engineering or Logistics, Minimum of 3 year of sales operations or demand and launch planning experience in International Markets, Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Good knowledge of sales operations, demand and supply planning, and end-to-end product launch processes, Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills, Excellent follow-up, planning and organizational skills, Ability to manage a variety of cross-organizational projects, working closely with broad range of internal and external team, JOB DESCRIPTION Serve as a key point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams, coordinating the resolution of commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply-related issues. Act as a link between technical and sales teams, coordinating the supply actions needed to support the target sales plan and following up on their completion. Coordinate order processing and shipments, following up on delivery timelines and the completeness and accuracy of documentation. Maintain accurate product, customer, pricing, and commercial data in SAP and other relevant systems. Review demand plans and verify that the corresponding data is accurately reflected in the IBP system. Review both headquarters and distributor inventory levels with country teams each month. Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and follow up on necessary corrections. Track launch milestones, forecasts, and key performance indicators, and prepare regular management reports. Maintain records of product-related correspondence and documentation. Coordinate end-to-end launch activities for new pharmaceutical products, from production and packaging through QP release and delivery to international markets. Work with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams to keep product launches on schedule. Manage demand and supply planning for launch products using SAP and forecasting tools, based on market requirements. Follow up on product artwork, labeling, and packaging activities to support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Identify gaps in sales operations, demand planning, and launch planning processes, and establish system-based and procedural controls to address them.
