International Sales Representative

Metropolmed is a leading company in the health tourism sector, providing professional medical tourism services to international patients from Europe, the United States, and across the globe. We are looking for International Sales Representatives to join our international market-focused team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for establishing first contact with patient leads, professionally managing sales and follow-up processes, and delivering a premium patient experience. Advanced English proficiency is required, and advanced proficiency in French or Russian is considered a strong advantage. Job Responsibilities Communicate with patient leads and manage the process from initial contact through treatment Understand patient needs and present appropriate treatment options Close sales through effective follow-up and achieve high conversion rates Maintain a premium patient experience throughout the entire journey and represent the brand with a strong focus on patient satisfaction Accurately enter patient and sales data into the CRM system and report on sales and follow-up activities Qualifications Advanced level of English (mandatory) Advanced proficiency in French or Russian is a strong advantage Previous experience in healthcare, health tourism, call centers, or sales is preferred Proficient in CRM systems and office applications Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, patient-focused, and resilient 📍 Location: Kartal, Istanbul
