QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, Economics or other relevant disciplines from reputable universities Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience in front-end, back-end, and database testing, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience is a plus Having experience in Loan Allocation is a plus Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Release Management) Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced fintech environment Familiar with databases such as ORACLE, PostgreSQL, SQL Server Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team High attention to detail and strong time management skills JOB DESCRIPTION Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective, Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications, Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications, Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary, Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
