Academic Coordinator

We are seeking an Academic Coordinator to shape our institution’s educational vision in line with the needs of the future, provide strategic direction to all academic processes from preschool through high school, and lead our journey toward educational excellence. Qualifications Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, Educational Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field; a doctoral degree is preferred, At least eight years of senior-level management experience in the education sector, particularly in high-quality K–12 schools, with a strong background in academic leadership, curriculum design, and school management, In-depth expertise in contemporary international education models, innovative learning sciences, and modern assessment and evaluation methodologies, A clear vision and proven experience in integrating educational technologies and artificial intelligence-supported learning tools into the curriculum, Strong capabilities in data-driven educational management, institutional system development, and process optimization, with the ability to lead organizational change, Excellent representation and communication skills, strong influencing abilities, a visionary leadership style, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, Advanced proficiency in English, enabling the effective monitoring of academic literature and international developments on a global scale. Key Responsibilities Define the institution’s long-term educational vision, academic strategies, and global quality standards, and integrate innovative educational models into the institutional framework, Ensure the horizontal and vertical alignment, coherence, continuity, and integration of academic programmes across all grade levels, from preschool through high school graduation, Design distinctive educational programmes that maximise students’ academic potential while supporting their twenty-first-century competencies and holistic development, Monitor and evaluate academic achievement metrics through data analytics and implement action plans aimed at continuously improving educational quality, Establish sustainable mentoring, professional development, and performance evaluation systems to strengthen the professional and pedagogical competencies of the teaching staff, Lead the ethical, safe, and pedagogically effective integration of educational technologies and artificial intelligence applications into academic processes, Successfully manage national and international accreditation processes, including CIS and IB, and develop strategic partnerships with global academic networks, universities, and technology organisations, Closely monitor the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of National Education and other official requirements, ensuring that all academic operations remain fully compliant with the applicable legal framework and the institution’s ethical principles.
