We are currently seeking a talented “Global Regulation Specialist” to join our dynamic “R&D” team. Based at our “ Headquarters ” in “ İstanbul ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “ Global ” . QUALIFICATIONS; Strong academic record from a reputable university, with business administration, economics or engineering backgrounds, Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs area, preferably within FMCG sector, (knowledge in products of hygiene, tissue or home care categories is a plus) Intensive experience and knowledge in interpreting regulatory documents and regulatory registration systems, Able to work in teams with collaboration, Fluency in English, (both written & spoken) Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others, Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness, Strong team work skills, Strong communication and reporting skills, No restrictions to travel, No military obligation for male candidates. JOB DESCRIPTION; Manage regulatory submissions, product registrations, notifications and licenses for Medical Devices, Biocidal Products, Cosmetics etc. in compliance with applicable regulations. Review product formulations, labeling, packaging, and marketing claims to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare, maintain and update technical documentation and regulatory dossiers required for product approvals, registrations and inspections. Monitor regulatory changes, assess potential business impacts, and support the implementation of regulatory requirements across the organization. Review advertising, promotional materials, and product communications to ensure compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection regulations. Prepare regulatory responses and official correspondence related to authority inspections, challenges, and regulatory inquiries. Analyze draft legislation support regulatory advocacy activities and participate in industry associations’ working groups. Ensure consistent implementation of corporate regulatory procedures and requirements across affiliates. Maintain global regulatory records, including certifications, registrations, licenses, and technical documentation. Coordinate regulatory activities between affiliate Regulatory teams and Corporate functions to ensure effective communication, alignment and timely implementation of regulatory requirements.
