Job Description We are dedicated to building responsible AI solutions that empower organizations with robust AI governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. As a company that bridges the gap between AI and human-centered design, we are seeking a Software Engineer with UI/UX expertise to enhance the usability, functionality, and accessibility of our AI-driven platforms and solutions. Location: London / Riyadh / Istanbul (Flexible) – Remote option available Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible) Salary Range (Full-Time Equivalent): $75,000 – $110,000 (based on experience and location) Responsibilities Develop and optimize UI/UX for AI governance and compliance platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences. Work closely with AI, data science, and legal teams to translate complex AI governance concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Implement frontend architectures with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar) while ensuring scalability and performance. Design and develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and AI oversight tools to enhance transparency and compliance tracking. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct usability testing and iterate on design improvements. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across various devices and screen sizes. Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and AI-driven features seamlessly into frontend applications. Stay updated on AI ethics, human-computer interaction (HCI), and UX/UI best practices related to AI and data privacy applications. Develop and maintain a design system and component library to ensure consistency across all platforms. Preferred Qualifications 4-5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on UI/UX development. Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar). Experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive applications. Strong knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive web design. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Familiarity with data visualization tools (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar) is a plus. Understanding of backend integration, API handling, and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (AI, legal, compliance, and business teams). Passion for AI governance, human-AI interaction, and responsible AI design.
