Qualifications Graduated from Bachelor's degree of universities and MBA is a plus Preferably at least 8 years work experience in brand or any other relevant marketing role 3+ years of team management experience with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, supporting Effective written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and priority management. Must be creative thinker and strong team player. Job Description Lead Turkey local online media buying strategies (social ads, search, display, programmatic buying, and paid KOL promotions), accurately target audiences, and iterate buying models Comprehensively review content from tech media, photographer KOLs, lifestyle KOLs, etc., ensuring accurate information, precise product positioning, and consistent brand image. Ensure outputs fit Turkey local market needs Set marketing goals and monitor performance for new product launches and marketing campaigns. Conduct in-depth analysis of online media buying data and attribution analysis Communicate and collaborate with agencies (PR, media, events, especially digital marketing/online media agencies), expand strategic partnerships, manage sponsorships and IP rights, and ensure reliable execution Develop integrated marketing communication and brand promotion strategies, provide leadership for creative content.
