Group HR & Culture Director

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Group's Human Resources strategy in line with business objectives. Lead and promote a strong organizational culture and employee experience across all properties. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee relations. Design and manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. Lead organizational development and change management projects. Ensure workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies are effectively implemented. Ensure compliance with labor laws and all relevant employment regulations. Provide HR analytics, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate closely with General Managers and department heads across the Group to support business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required. Fluent in both English and Turkish , with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS systems is preferred. Willingness to travel when required.
