Yacht Broker

Role Description The Yacht Broker at Ada Yacht Sailing is a full-time, on-site role based in Fethiye. The broker is responsible for managing yacht listings, evaluating boats, preparing detailed specifications, and coordinating viewings and sea trials. Daily activities include advising clients on suitable yachts, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and liaising with owners, buyers, marinas, and service providers to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, tracking market trends in the marine industry, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The broker also provides ongoing support to clients before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and support the company’s reputation for high-quality customer service. Qualifications Strong knowledge of boats, yachting practices, and the broader marine industry. Experience in brokerage, including listing, marketing, and closing yacht sales. Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and handle negotiations professionally. Ability to work on-site in Fethiye, with flexibility to meet clients, attend inspections, and support sea trials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Sales or business development experience, ideally within marine or luxury goods sectors. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital tools for listings, CRM, and communication. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
