Organizational Development Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from related fields, Min. 7 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on expertise in Organizational Development, management consulting or closely related fields, Experience with process and organizational analysis in large multinational contexts, Strong ability on communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent MS Office applications knowledge, Having project management skills, Customer oriented, Support open communication and feedback culture, Open to change and innovation. Job Description: Responsible for the implementation of organizational development projects and the design of career architectures. Evaluate MediaMarkt Turkey organization’s effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities through as-is reviews, organization design structures, role & governance model proposals, and clear right-sizing recommendations aligned with future business needs. Analyze and evaluate organizational change and workforce requests from business units in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Own and monitor norm headcount structures, ensuring alignment with business strategy, productivity targets, and budget assumptions. Manage, control, and continuously update organizational data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Prepare, analyze, and consolidate HR dashboards, and hr presentations in line with company strategy and leadership expectations. Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators to measure organizational effectiveness and workforce efficiency. Design and deliver a healthy organization by partnering with Business Leaders and HR teams to translate internal and external challenges into new organizational structures, operating models, and processes. Design organizational strategy and roadmap, building on best practices and supporting MediaMarkt Turkey’s overall business and people strategy. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on organizational development, workforce planning, and strategic HR planning.
