Marketing Analyst

Established in 2000, Memorial has currently been providing services in Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Bodrum, Kayseri, and Diyarbakır with over 8000 employees, and also started providing services in Bucharest, Romania We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Product Marketing, Performance Management & Business Development Department within the International Sales and Marketing Division. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making processes, performance management initiatives, and business growth projects across Memorial Hospitals Group's international operations. The ideal candidate will also work with senior management, contributing to the development of data-driven insights, performance monitoring frameworks, and business improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and performance tracking methodologies. Support target-setting processes and evaluate business performance against established objectives. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Conduct business analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular management reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior leadership. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, business intelligence, consulting, or similar analytical roles. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization tools Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
